Return policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or production begins. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

Returns

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers will be charged shipping costs no more than once, including return shipping. No restocking fees will be charged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
